1. Fill out the online booking form or call +33 (0)4 90 41 95 17 (one form per rented bike). In case of multiple rental, notify in the comments to prepare as best as possible your order).

2. You will receive an email of acceptance or refusal of your booking. In case of agreement, you must pay a deposit of 40% of total rental amount.

3. To pay the 40% deposit, go to the online payment module in the "LOCATION" tab and follow the instructions.

The minimum booking of a bike is a half day :

- The morning from : 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- In the afternoon : from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Day : from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The bikes are rented clean. It is the duty of the customer to make the bikes clean. In case of abuse, we may have to charge the bike cleaning.

Road bikes are equipped with :
- a saddle bag with repair kit and tool,
- a pump,
- a counter,
- 2 bottle holders.

Other bicycles are equipped with :
- a saddle bag with repair kit and tool,

- a bottle holder.



If the balance has not been paid online within eight to ten days prior to the rental date, you will be asked to pay the balance due in cash or by card if possible at the time of taking charge rented bicycles.

The deposit paid is refundable provided that the cancellation request is made within the fifteen days preceding the rental date. There is no refund of the rental amount for bookings made ten days or less than ten days from the rental date.



For deliveries we ask imperatively to provide a detailed address and a phone number. If the delivery instructions are incomplete or wrong, we can not ensure delivery.

You will then be asked to pay the costs of a second delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the bike (s) is stored in a safe place for the duration of the rental period.

In case of damage :

The customer is responsible for any damage or damage caused. The customer agrees to reimburse the costs incurred by the refurbishment.

In case of theft :

The client must report the theft to the nearest police or gendarmerie. The client will give Provence Cycles the flight declaration provided by the authorities. The customer is responsible in case of theft.

For repairs :

The bicycles are rented in good working order. In the event of a problem, the customer must return the bike to the store. Treatment is free if the problems are not the result of misuse or neglect. Provence Cycles is committed to ensuring that the customer can leave as soon as possible with a minimum of waste of time. If it is not possible for the customer to return the bike, he can, after having received an agreement from Provence Cycles, have the bicycle repaired in the nearest workshop. Repayment of the repair bill at the end of the lease will be made.
